HuMurine Announces Licensing Agreement for hGMCSF/hIL3-NOG (HuNOG-EXL) mice from Taconic Biosciences

HuMurine Announces Licensing Agreement for hGMCSF/hIL3-NOG (HuNOG-EXL) mice from Taconic Biosciences HuMurine Technologies (HuMurine) has announced today that it has entered into an licensing agreement with Taconic Biosciences (Taconic) for the commercial use of the hGM-CSF/hIL3-NOG mouse. The hGM-CSF/hIL3-NOG mouse expresses human GM-CSF and IL-3 cytokines in the NOG mouse background, supporting higher overall engraftment levels of human hematopoietic stem cells and enhanced levels of myeloid cell differentiation, in comparison to the conventional NOG mouse.

Positions Available

Scientist (Lab Operations) We are seeking a talented and independently motivated scientist to provide technical support and transition to lead roles in contract studies involving human stem cell biology, multi-parameter flow cytometry, tissue culture involving clonogenic colony assays and studies involving humanized immune system mice. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a molecular biology laboratory, aseptic technique and purification and cultivation of human tissues and cells as well as hands on experience with flow cytometry.
